Yes. Pet insurance in India is provided by insurers like Go Digit General Insurance Limited. On GuavaSure, you can access and enrol for cover issued by Digit. GuavaSure is not an insurer, broker, agent, or insurance intermediary. Digit underwrites the policy, issues documents, and settles claims. We assist with onboarding and document submission, while all decisions are made by the insurer.

You get ₹500 off your next vet bill. It's valid for 30 days from activation, one-time use, for medical services only at participating vets. Upload your receipt in the app and you'll receive the reimbursement. It's included in your wellness membership.

Yes. Annual vaccinations are part of the wellness package: 9-in-1 (core diseases) and anti-rabies. Get them done at any licensed vet, upload the receipt in the app, and you'll be reimbursed.

After your pet profile is complete and any pet insurance waiting periods from Digit have passed, use any licensed vet in India for covered treatment. Pay the clinic, then upload invoices and details through our portal for your dog insurance claim. Digit reviews the pet insurance claim and, if approved, reimburses eligible vet expenses to your bank account.

Protection benefits have waiting periods set by Digit. There's a 30-day waiting period for illnesses after activation. Specific illnesses have a 2-year waiting period, and pre-existing conditions have a 4-year waiting period. Wellness benefits (care benefit, vaccinations) are subject to their own terms.

Dogs between 3 months and 10 years old are eligible for the wellness membership. Your pet should be in good health at the time of registration. Breed-specific details are available in our full terms.
